The choc resto induction collection from de Buyer is the non-stick range made for professionals. With its ultra-resistant coating composed of five layers of PTFE (without PFOA or PFOS), the Choc Resto Induction collection allows a perfect diffusion of heat and an optimal hold. The forged induction bottom features an embedded and honeycombed design which guarantees optimum non-stick and slip qualities while the riveted steel handle allows for flash cooking in the oven.
